TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The website www.rovoroneurope.com is owned by THETATAU CORP, S.L., with Tax ID (CIF) B72515109, hereinafter referred to as Rovoron Europe.
These General Conditions of Sale (“GCS”) shall be deemed fully accepted by the Customer by the mere act of placing an order, submitting a purchase request, or accepting an offer through the Website.
Any conditions different from those stated herein, including those proposed by the Customer, are expressly excluded unless expressly accepted in writing by Rovoron Europe.
The sales contract consists of these General Conditions of Sale in force at the time of the order and the corresponding purchase order.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms having full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and accepts these General Conditions of Sale.
2. WEBSITE CONTENT
Rovoron Europe makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, technical data, and information published on the Website are accurate.
However, unless expressly stated otherwise, such information is provided for informational purposes only and shall not be contractually binding.
Product photographs, descriptions, and technical specifications are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
3. VALIDITY OF SALES OFFERS
Product availability and pricing are valid for the periods indicated on the Website.
For products not in stock, estimated delivery times are displayed where possible and are subject to supplier availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to modify or cancel the order.
4. PRODUCT PRICES
Prices applicable are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Prices may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated:
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€)
- Prices include VAT, applied according to the Customer’s location and applicable legislation
- Shipping costs are not included, unless expressly stated
In the event of changes in taxes, duties, or regulatory costs, Rovoron Europe reserves the right to adjust prices after prior notification to the Customer.
Currency exchange differences and additional bank fees shall be borne by the Customer.
5. ORDERS
5.1 Order Placement
To place an order, the Customer must provide accurate and complete personal information, including billing and shipping details.
The order is confirmed by clicking the “Confirm Order” button, which constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
An order confirmation will be displayed on screen and sent by email.
Electronic records maintained by Rovoron Europe constitute proof of the transaction.
5.2 Order Management
Any request to modify or cancel an order must be submitted by contacting customer service.
Orders for customized, reserved, or discontinued products cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed.
If cancellation is exceptionally accepted, an administrative fee of up to 10% of the total order value (VAT included) may apply.
Invoices will indicate net price, VAT amount, and total price.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments may be made using the payment methods displayed on the Website.
All online payments are processed securely via Stripe or authorized payment providers.
Rovoron Europe does not store or have access to Customers’ card or payment details.
Pre-orders / Reservations
For reservation orders, a 30% deposit of the total order value is required.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid once the product becomes available.
If the balance is not paid within 24 hours of notification, the order may be automatically canceled.
7. DELIVERY OF GOODS
7.1 Delivery Process
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Once shipped, Customers will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery addresses cannot be modified once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping is carried out by third-party logistics providers (such as DHL, UPS, GLS, MRW, Correos, or similar).
7.2 Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on destination, product type, and carrier.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not contractually binding.
In case of delays, the Customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
7.3 Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the goods.
If delivery is delayed due to Customer-related reasons, risk transfers at the time delivery should have occurred.
7.4 Claims Regarding Goods
Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Claims regarding defects or errors must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of delivery.
Failure to notify within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the goods, without prejudice to statutory warranty rights.
8. AFTER-SALES SERVICE
8.1 Warranty Policy
All electric scooters sold by Rovoron Europe include a 3-year warranty, except batteries, which are covered by a 6-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper use or failure to follow instructions
- Water immersion or misuse
- Overloading or unauthorized modifications
- Use of non-approved parts or accessories
- Accidents, impacts, or negligent handling
Shipping costs are covered only for valid warranty claims.
For after-sales support, Customers may contact:
8.2 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period and before shipment, administrative or transaction fees may apply.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipment has been confirmed.
8.3 Returns
Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
Returned products must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
After 14 days, returns or exchanges will not be accepted, except where required by law.
8.4 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Refund confirmation will be sent by email.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 Disclaimer
Products are provided “as available,” except as expressly stated under warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rovoron Europe disclaims implied warranties except where legally prohibited.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
THETATAU CORP, S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection regulations applicable to the Customer.
